A Startup CEO must ...
Ideate - A Startup CEO must be a thought leader, you must prove that you have new ideas and that those ideas are at the forefront of your industry or niche.
Motivate - A Startup CEO must be a leader of teams. An effective CEO does not DO the work of the business, the CEO leads teams that get the work done in a timely and cost effective manner.
Innovate - A Startup CEO must be a product innovator. You not only need to have visionary ideas, you need to be able to express those ideas as innovative new products that can be sold at a profit.
